What this checker looks at. Background whiteness and product-frame-fill are measured by sampling pixels and flood-filling in from the edges of a scaled-down copy of your image — an approximate check, the same technique any quick in-browser tool uses, not Amazon's own validator. Size and file format are read exactly from the file. Text, logos, borders and watermarks cannot be detected by a script — that one is checked by eye, and the rule is quoted below so you can check it yourself.
