The story
Why a seller runs this, and what it changes
For ten years we sold our own products on Amazon India, with our own money, in our own accounts. We paid the fees, ran the ads, rebuilt the listings, waited on the cases and kept the spreadsheet that told us what each product really earned.
Zaiv Digital is that experience offered to other brands. It is why every quote is fixed and written down before anything starts, why your account and your card stay yours, and why no page on this site promises you a sales figure: we know how many things move a sale that no agency controls.
The tools we built for ourselves, a margin sheet, an image check and an A+ builder, are free to use. They are how we work, and you can check them before you decide anything.

How we work
Four habits, written down
One person is accountable
One person is accountable for your account and is reachable on WhatsApp in working hours. The person who writes your quote does the work.
Writing before building
Every job starts with a written scope: the deliverable, the date and what is not included. You approve it before anything starts.
Measuring in your numbers
Reports use the numbers in your own accounts, such as Business Reports, Ads Manager and Search Console, so you can check every line.
Refusing the wrong jobs
If a job is not a fit, the first reply says so and says who might be. We would rather lose a quote than run a bad job.
