Run by someone who was the client for ten years.
Zaiv Digital is a digital marketing company in New Delhi for brands that sell online. I founded it after ten years of selling my own products online — five of them running the ads myself, all of them building the spreadsheets and scripts that kept the business honest about what a product actually earned.
That is the whole reason every quote here is fixed and written down before anything starts. When you have paid an agency from your own margin, you know exactly what a management fee has to return to be worth it, and you know what it feels like to be quoted a number only after a call. So every line of work here gets a fixed price, a delivery date, and a written list of what it does not include — in writing, within one working day of a brief.

2016
Started selling online
Own brands, own products, own listings — on Amazon India first. The margin spreadsheet dates from the first month.
2021
Started running the ads
Amazon PPC, then Meta, on our own products with our own money. Five years of that is where the ads line comes from.
2026
Zaiv Digital
Registered as Anayza Enterprises, New Delhi. GST and Udyam registered. The tools we built for ourselves became the tools line; the site we built for ourselves became the websites line.
How the work is done
Small on purpose, and written down.
- One person does the work
- The founder. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the job. The WhatsApp number on the site is his, and the weekly report is written by the person who made the changes.
- Hours
- 10:00–20:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning. A reply to a brief comes within one working day.
- Tools
- Next.js and Playwright for sites and the checks before every deploy; Python and JavaScript for tools; Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads in your account, never ours; Razorpay and PayPal for payment.
- Reporting
- Weekly, in writing, from the numbers in your own account. What changed, what it did, what changes next week. Nothing you cannot check yourself.
