What is included

The daily work in a seller account, taken off your desk

  • Order and shipment watch

Unshipped, late and cancelled orders read on a rhythm we agree in the quote, with the reason found and the fix made or passed to you.

  • Stock and stock-out watch

Inventory read against what is listed, so a listing does not run dry without anyone noticing. Reorder timing stays your decision.

  • Account Health reading

The Account Health page and every policy notice read in full, with a written reply drafted for you to approve before it goes.

  • Cases opened and followed

Support cases raised in Seller Central for catalogue, payment and listing problems, each logged with its status until it is closed.

  • Suppressed and inactive listings

Listings Amazon has hidden are found, the reason read, and the fix routed to the right person: us, you or Amazon.

  • A monthly written summary

What changed in the account, what is still open and what we suggest next, in plain sentences you can forward.

What you provide

What you provide and what stays yours

You provide

  • A user login for your Seller Central account with the permissions you choose, added through Seller Central's own user-permissions page. We never ask for your password.
  • A decision-maker who can answer a question the same day, and a line on who approves a reply to Amazon.
  • Your catalogue, cost and stock information when a fix needs it.

Stays yours

  • The seller account, its identity documents, its bank account and its payouts.
  • Brand Registry, if you hold it, and every listing and image you own.
  • Every report and every case history. If we stop, the log goes with you.

How it runs

How account management runs

  1. Read the account first

Account Health, open cases, suppressed listings and the last notices, read before we quote. You get the findings in writing with the quote.

  2. Agree who does what

A short list of what we do daily, what needs your approval and what we only report. It is written down, so there is no guessing later.

  3. Run the daily work

Orders, stock, cases and notices handled in your account. A short WhatsApp update when something needs your decision.

  4. Report monthly, in plain words

A monthly summary of changes, open items and suggestions. Quotes are monthly and you can stop any month.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Ten years of our own accounts

We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.

  • Your account, your card, your data

Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.

  • We say what we cannot promise

No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.

  • A fixed quote, in writing

One working day after a short brief you get the deliverable, the price and the date. That is the price.

Is your Seller Central taking time you should be spending on the product?

Send three sentences on what you sell and what keeps interrupting you. We read the account and reply with a fixed quote in writing.

Straight talk

What we do not promise

  • We do not promise that a restricted or suspended account will be restored. Amazon decides every appeal; we draft it and you approve it.
  • We do not promise an Account Health outcome, a sales figure or a rank. Those depend on your product, price, stock and the platform.
  • We do not touch your payout details, and we never ask for your password or your card.

In depth

What account management is, and what it is not

Daily work, not strategy slides

A seller account produces small jobs every day. An order is late, a listing is flagged for a missing attribute, a shipment is stuck in receiving, a policy notice arrives with a deadline, a payment looks short. None of these is hard on its own. Together they eat the hours a founder needs for the product, and the ones that are ignored get expensive.

Account management is the habit of reading those signals on a rhythm we agree in the quote and acting on them in order. We start with the Account Health page and the notices inbox, because that is where Amazon tells a seller what it will act on. Anything that carries a deadline goes to the top of the list.

Inside your account, with your permissions

Seller Central lets the account owner add other users with chosen permissions. That is how we work, so your own login, your registered identity and your bank details never change hands. You can remove our access in one step, and the history of what was done stays in the account log.

Where Amazon needs a reply, we write it and you approve it. Where a fix is a listing change, we make it only inside the scope you agreed. Where something needs a decision about money, such as a price or a refund, we put the facts in front of you and wait.

How it connects to the rest of your work

Account work is the base the other services stand on. A listing rebuild is wasted if the listing is suppressed, and ads spent on a product that is out of stock are money thrown away. So the stock and listing-health checks run before anything else. When you want more than upkeep, the same person can take on listing optimisation, PPC management or FBA planning, under a fixed quote for each.

Fees are part of the picture too. Amazon publishes its fee schedule, and our free margin sheet works out what is left per order, so a stock decision starts from the real number. The honest limit is that we manage the account's operation; we do not decide your price, your product range or your stock purchases for you.

A last point on cadence. We read the account on the rhythm agreed in the quote, and we only message you when something needs a decision or when a deadline is close. A long stream of updates is its own kind of noise. The monthly summary is where the pattern shows, and the case log is where you can look up any single event. If you ever want the work to stop, you remove our access and keep the log.

Questions

Common questions

Do I have to give you my password?

No. You add us as a user in Seller Central with the permissions you choose. Your own login, identity documents and bank details stay with you, and you can remove our access at any time.

Can you get my suspended account back?

We cannot promise that. Amazon decides every appeal. What we do is read the notice, find what it is about, draft a plain reply and a plan of correction for you to approve, and keep the case log.

Do you handle FBA shipments and removals?

We can read and plan them as part of the quote, but the work happens in your account and the stock decisions are yours. The FBA page describes what that covers.

How is this priced?

As a fixed quote in writing within one working day of your brief, monthly, and you can stop any month. We do not print prices on service pages.

Which marketplaces does this cover?

This page is about Amazon.in Seller Central. Catalogue work on Flipkart and Meesho is described on the catalogue management page.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
