Prepare a fashion catalogue for AJIO before you apply

Approval is by AJIO. This page covers what a fashion catalogue needs before you apply: a clean range sheet, size and fabric data and images.

What we prepare

What we prepare for AJIO

  • A single range sheet

Every style on one row, with its colours, sizes, price and the images attached, so the range can be read in one sitting.

  • Style naming that holds across platforms

One name per style, used on every marketplace. If the same kurta is called three things in three places, a shopper cannot tell it is one product.

  • Measured size charts

Measurements taken from the finished garment by you, turned into a chart and a fit note by us.

  • Fabric and care text

Fabric, care and colour words written from the label, once, and reused.

  • An image check

Your existing photographs read against a plain list: background, crop, consistency across the range, and what is missing.

You provide

  • Your business and tax details, ready to type into AJIO's own form.
  • The garments or samples to measure, and the labels as they ship.
  • A decision on which styles to offer first.

AJIO decides

  • Whether you are accepted as a seller, and in which categories.
  • The proof it wants for a brand, if any.
  • All commercial terms.

Who can sell

Who can sell on AJIO

Approval is by AJIO. AJIO lists the documents it needs in its own sign-up form; we go through it with you when you apply.

Documents

Documents AJIO asks for

We print no document list and no count for AJIO. We go through its sign-up form with you when you apply, so the papers are ready.

How it works

Who does what before an AJIO application

  1. You

    Choose the first styles

A small range you can keep in stock. Marketplaces judge what is in front of them.

  2. Us

    Write the range sheet

One row per style and per size, with measurements, fabric and care text and an image list.

  3. You

    Find AJIO's current seller page

Look for the current registration link on AJIO's own site, and tell us what it asks.

  4. AJIO decides

    Seller acceptance

AJIO reviews the application and decides. Its timing and its terms are its own.

  5. Us

Fit the sheet to AJIO's form

Once you can see the form, we compare each field with the sheet and fill the gaps in writing.

Fees

Fees on AJIO

We print no AJIO fee figure. Check the current terms in AJIO's own seller sign-up; we read them with you when you apply.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • No invented form

AJIO's form is AJIO's, so we do not describe it. You get the preparation that holds whatever the form turns out to ask.

  • A range that reads as one brand

Naming, size data and image rules are fixed once and used across every style.

  • A sheet you can carry to the next platform

The same range sheet serves any marketplace, so the work is not spent on one account.

In depth

Readying a fashion range for AJIO

Who decides

Whatever AJIO asks of a seller is in its own form, and approval is AJIO's decision. So this page has no AJIO document list, no steps and no fee.

We would rather be useful on the part we control: the state of your catalogue on the day you apply, so that whatever the form asks, the answer is already written down and checked against your garments.

A range sheet is the working document

Seller forms ask different questions, but they draw on the same facts: what the style is, what it is made of, what sizes exist, what it costs and what it looks like. If those facts live on one row per style, any form becomes a copy-and-check exercise. If they live in a supplier's pdf, a chat thread and a folder of photographs, every form becomes a research project.

We build the sheet with you from the garments themselves. Sizes come from measurements, fabric from the label, price from your own cost sheet. The sheet then feeds every marketplace; see marketplace activation for how to choose the order in which you add them.

Consistency is the quiet quality signal

In fashion, a shopper decides with a glance. A range with consistent crops, backgrounds and naming looks like a brand that knows what it sells. A range with a different treatment on every product looks like a trial. Our image check reads your photographs against a short list and marks what to retake, and it takes less time than a reshoot of everything.

After you are accepted, the work turns to upkeep: new styles from the sheet, returns read for their reasons and stock held in line with the listing. See catalogue management and return management. We do not promise acceptance by AJIO, a start date or a sales result.

Questions

Common questions

Why does this page not list AJIO's documents?

The list is in AJIO's own form, which we go through with you when you apply. We would rather print nothing than a guess.

Can you apply on my behalf?

The application carries your identity and business details, so you submit it in your own name. We prepare the range sheet and compare each form field with it.

Is the range sheet only useful for AJIO?

No. It is the master record of your range and it feeds every marketplace you add.

Will AJIO approve me if the sheet is perfect?

We cannot say. Approval is AJIO's decision. A clean sheet removes avoidable delays on your side and nothing more.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
