What is included

What the global selling work covers

  • A readiness read

Your catalogue, brand status and product category read against what Amazon asks sellers to hold before listing abroad.

  • Marketplace choice

A written view of which overseas marketplace suits which product, based on category rules and fees on Amazon's own pages.

  • Catalogue preparation

Titles, bullets and images adapted for the target marketplace's language and format, not simply copied across.

  • Compliance checklist

A checklist per product of the labelling, safety and import rules that Amazon and the destination country publish.

  • Fee and margin sheet

Per-unit economics for the destination using the fee schedule Amazon publishes there, so the decision starts from the real number.

  • A written plan

What happens, in what order, who does it and what you decide. No promised launch date.

What you provide

What you provide and what stays yours

You provide

  • Your brand and product details, and a list of the countries you are interested in.
  • Any registrations your products already hold. We read these and do not assume them.
  • A decision-maker for questions on entity, tax and compliance. We do not give tax or legal advice.

Stays yours

  • Your seller account on each marketplace, opened by you in your name.
  • Your brand and your catalogue.
  • All decisions on entities, tax and logistics. Those belong with you and your advisers.

How it runs

How the work runs, step by step

  1. Read where you stand

Brand, catalogue and category, and what Amazon's global selling pages say sellers must have.

  2. Choose a first marketplace

One marketplace first, not five, with the reason and the open questions written down.

  3. Prepare the catalogue

Listing text and images prepared for that marketplace and checked against its rules.

  4. Hand over a plan

A written plan with each step tagged as yours, ours or Amazon's decision.

Our margin sheet works out per-order margin for Amazon.in, Flipkart and Meesho. Overseas fee schedules are read from each marketplace's own pages.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Ten years of our own accounts

We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.

  • Your account, your card, your data

Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.

  • We say what we cannot promise

No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.

  • A fixed quote, in writing

One working day after a short brief you get the deliverable, the price and the date. That is the price.

Wondering whether an overseas marketplace is worth the effort for your product?

Tell us what you sell and where you are thinking of selling. We reply with a written read and a fixed quote.

Straight talk

What we do not promise

  • We do not claim to hold seller accounts, companies or warehouses abroad. Your accounts are opened by you in your name.
  • We do not promise approval, a launch date or a sales figure. Each marketplace decides its own.
  • We do not give tax, customs or legal advice. Those need a qualified adviser for your case.

In depth

Selling abroad from India: what we help with and what we do not

What Amazon offers

Amazon Global Selling is Amazon's programme for Indian sellers who export to its overseas marketplaces, described on its own Amazon Global Selling page. Source: sell.amazon.in/grow-your-business/amazon-global-selling, read 8 Oct 2026. The requirements, fees and timelines are set by Amazon and change, so we read the page for your target marketplace at the time of your project and we quote it with the date we read it.

Selling abroad is not the same as selling in India with a different address. Categories, product rules, taxes, units, return norms and buyer expectations all differ. A listing that works on Amazon.in can break a rule elsewhere because of one label or one claim.

Where we are useful

We are useful before and around the application. We read your catalogue and tell you honestly whether the products are likely to meet the destination's rules. We prepare listing text in the right language and format. We build a per-unit sheet from Amazon's fee schedule for that marketplace so you can see the margin before you commit, using the same arithmetic as our margin sheet.

We are not your tax adviser, your customs agent or your legal counsel. Where a question is about entity setup, tax registration or import duty, we say so and leave it to the right professional. Your accounts are opened by you in your name, and we do not claim to hold any entity or warehouse overseas.

A sensible way to start

Start with one marketplace and a small number of products. Prove the process end to end before widening it. Make sure the home account is in order first, because a hidden or suppressed listing at home does not get better overseas. The account management work comes first when it is needed.

Next comes the listing in the destination's language, and then, if the numbers support it, FBA planning or another fulfilment route. The plan we hand you says which steps are yours, which are ours and which Amazon decides, and it never promises a go-live date, because we do not control one.

One last caution on language. Translation is not localisation. A product name, a unit of measure or a phrase that reads naturally in India can be unclear, or even off-putting, in another market. We prepare listing text with the destination's conventions in mind and, where it matters, suggest a native-language reader to check the final text before you publish. That small review step costs little and avoids embarrassing mistakes.

Questions

Common questions

Do you hold an entity or account overseas?

No. We do not claim any entity or account abroad. Your accounts are opened by you, in your name.

Which country should I start with?

That depends on your category and its rules. We give a written view for your products, and we tell you if we think it is too early.

Can you handle tax and customs?

No. Those need a qualified adviser for your case. We prepare the catalogue and the plan and flag where you need that help.

How long until I can sell?

We cannot say. Amazon decides how long its steps take. Our own delivery times for catalogue work are written in the quote.

Is there a fee for the read?

Everything is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, within one working day of your brief. Prices are not printed on service pages.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
