What is included
What FBA management covers
Which products belong in FBA
A per-product read of cost, fees and size, so FBA is used where the numbers support it and Easy Ship or self-ship where they do not.
Inbound shipment plans
The shipment plan built in Seller Central, with prep and labelling needs checked against Amazon's own requirements before you pack.
Labelling and prep checks
A checklist per product against Amazon's prep rules, so what you send is less likely to be flagged on receiving.
Stock health watching
Stock levels, aged stock and storage-fee notices read, with a note on what to send, hold or remove.
Stranded and inactive stock
Stock that is in a fulfilment centre but not for sale is found and the cause routed to the fix.
Plain monthly note
What was shipped, what is aging and what we suggest, in a short written note.
Common problems
Problems we look for first
A list of what we check. Whether any of these applies to you is something we read in your account, not something we assume.
A shipment stuck at receiving
Usually a label, a prep or a quantity mismatch. We read the shipment's status and the notes Amazon provides.
Stock sitting with no sales
Storage costs money. We list what is aged and what the options are.
Listings that go inactive
Often a missing attribute or a compliance question rather than anything on the FBA side.
A weak product-to-fee fit
A heavy, low-margin product can lose money in FBA. The margin sheet shows it per unit.
Reorder timing
A written view on what to send next and when, based on your own sales and lead time. The purchase decision is yours.
What you provide
What you provide and what stays yours
You provide
- Seller Central access with inventory and shipment permissions, added through the user-permissions page.
- Your product cost, size and weight, and your supplier lead time.
- Someone to pack and ship to the fulfilment centre. We plan; we do not carry boxes.
Stays yours
- Your inventory, your title to it and your payouts.
- Every shipment plan and its history in your account.
- Every purchase and reorder decision.
How it runs
How the work runs, step by step
Read the products and the account
Cost, size, fees and sales history per product, and the current state of shipments and stock.
Decide what goes to FBA
A product-by-product view, written down, with the margin each option leaves.
Plan and check each shipment
The plan built in your account, prep and labels checked, and a packing note for your team.
Watch and report
Receiving, aging and storage read on a regular rhythm, with a short monthly note.

Why choose us
What stays the same on every job
Ten years of our own accounts
We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.
Your account, your card, your data
Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.
Tools we built for our own work
The margin sheet, the image check and the A+ builder are free to use. They came out of our own work, not a lead trap.
We say what we cannot promise
No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.
Is stock sitting in a warehouse while a listing sits at zero?
Send your product list and the shipment that worries you. We read it and send a fixed quote in writing.
Straight talk
What we do not promise
- We do not promise reimbursement amounts, a recovery figure or a storage-fee saving. Amazon decides what it reimburses and what it charges.
- We do not promise a Prime badge or a delivery speed. Amazon grants and changes those.
- We do not promise that a shipment will be received without a flag. We reduce the common causes.
In depth
FBA, and the decisions that belong to you
What Fulfilment by Amazon is
With Fulfilment by Amazon, you send stock to an Amazon fulfilment centre and Amazon stores, packs and ships the orders and handles the customer questions about delivery. It changes how fast a product can be delivered and how a buyer sees it. It also changes your cost structure, because storage and fulfilment fees are charged per unit.
FBA is a tool, not a status. For some products it is a clear win. For a heavy, slow-moving or low-margin product it can cost more than it earns. Our free margin sheet lets you test one product per order before you decide.
Where mistakes happen
Most FBA trouble is not dramatic. It is a label that does not match the listing, a unit that was boxed with the wrong prep, a quantity that was off by one carton, or a product that sold slower than planned and sat for months. Each one is preventable with a checklist and a written plan, and each is expensive when it is found late.
We use Amazon's own requirements as the checklist, per product, and keep it with the shipment plan so a repeat order starts from the same notes. When a shipment does hit a problem, the first step is reading the receiving status and Amazon's notes in your account, so the fix is aimed at the real cause.
What we do and what we do not
We plan, read and report. You decide what to buy and what to send. We do not buy stock, pay for it or hold it. We also do not promise to recover money from Amazon. Where Amazon offers a reimbursement process, we point you to it and help you file the evidence, and what is paid is Amazon's decision.
FBA sits next to the rest of your account work. Stock that is not selling is also an inventory question, and a listing that is hidden is an account health question. When the product is ready for more traffic, PPC is the next step. If an FBA unit comes back, the reason is a returns question, and we read that too.
A note on timing. FBA plans often depend on dates outside anyone's control, such as supplier delivery, a festival peak or a change in Amazon's own inbound rules. We write plans with the assumptions visible, so that when a date moves you can see which part of the plan moves with it. A plan that hides its assumptions looks tidy and fails the first time reality differs.
Questions
Common questions
Is FBA right for my product?
It depends on the cost, size, weight and how fast the product sells. We work it out per product and tell you honestly if Easy Ship or self-ship is the better fit.
Do you get my money back from Amazon?
We cannot promise any amount. Amazon decides what it reimburses. We help you file with the right evidence where a process exists.
Do you pack and ship the boxes?
No. We plan and check the shipment. Someone on your side packs and sends it.
What do I pay Amazon?
Amazon publishes its fees and pricing. Those fees are charged by Amazon to you, not through us.
Does this cover Flipkart's fulfilment too?
This page is about Amazon FBA. For other marketplaces see catalogue and inventory management.
Ready for a fixed quote?
Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
