What is included

What marketplace activation covers

  • Where to go first

A written view of which marketplace to add next, based on your category, your margin and the documents you already hold.

  • A master catalogue

One clean sheet of titles, attributes, images and identifiers that every marketplace listing is built from, so they do not drift apart.

  • A documents checklist per platform

Built with you from each platform's own form on the day you apply, with what you hold and what is missing marked.

  • Brand and compliance read

Brand registration, labelling and licence questions listed for you and your adviser, with no legal advice from us.

  • A launch order

What to do first, second and third across platforms, and who does each step: you, us or the platform.

  • Hand-over notes

Everything written down, so your team can run each platform after the setup.

What you provide

What you provide and what stays yours

You provide

  • Your business documents and product details. We list what each platform asks for and you hold the originals.
  • Your own login for each marketplace account, opened by you, in your name.
  • A decision-maker who can approve the catalogue and the order of launch.

Stays yours

  • Every seller account, in your name, with your bank details.
  • Your brand, your catalogue and your pricing decisions.
  • Every document you hold. We never ask you to send originals to us.

How it runs

How activation runs, platform by platform

  1. Read what you have

Your documents, brand status, catalogue and current marketplaces.

  2. Set the order

A written order of platforms with the reason for each and the open questions.

  3. Build the master catalogue

One source of truth, then a platform version for each marketplace.

  4. Apply, then support

You apply in your own account; we check the form against the checklist and answer queries with you. Approval is the platform's decision.

A list of five checks run on every listing image: white background, product fills 85 percent of the frame, no text or badge on the main image, nothing that is not in the box, no claim your pack does not make
From our own image check. Demo brands, not clients. The same scripted-check habit applies to every catalogue before it is submitted.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Ten years of our own accounts

We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.

  • Your account, your card, your data

Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.

  • Scripted checks before anything ships

Sites go through an automated check before every release. Listing images go through the same pixel checks as the free tool.

  • We say what we cannot promise

No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.

Are you on one marketplace and wondering which one to add next?

Tell us what you sell and where it is listed today. We reply with a written read and a fixed quote.

Straight talk

What we do not promise

  • We do not promise approval on any platform, or any length of time for approval. The platform decides both, and says so on its own pages.
  • We do not promise sales on a new marketplace. Each platform has its own shoppers, fees and rules.
  • We do not give legal, tax or licence advice. We list the questions and you ask the right professional.

In depth

Going from one marketplace to many without losing control

Why order matters

Adding a marketplace is not a copy-and-paste exercise. Each platform has its own category tree, its own listing rules, its own fees and its own way of handling returns and payouts. A brand that adds three at once usually ends up with three inconsistent catalogues and no clear picture of which one earns. The first job of activation is to choose an order and to say why.

The order depends on your category and your margin. Our free margin sheet works out the per-order picture for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, so a choice can start from numbers. Amazon publishes its fee schedule (Source: sell.amazon.in/fees-and-pricing, read 6 Oct 2026). Flipkart's seller site lists a Fees and Commission section; the rate card itself sits inside the seller account, so for Flipkart the sheet uses the figures you enter.

One catalogue, many versions

The most useful thing we build is a master catalogue: one sheet in which every product has one name, one set of attributes, one set of images and one set of identifiers. Every marketplace listing is derived from it. When a pack changes or a claim is removed, it is changed once and carried everywhere. Without it, the same product slowly ends up described three ways.

A master catalogue also makes later work cheaper. Catalogue management is the daily upkeep of that sheet and the listings built from it, and inventory management uses the same product list to keep stock honest across platforms.

What we do, and what the platform decides

Each platform has its own application and its own checks. We prepare you for them: the documents list built with you from the platform's own form on the day you apply, the brand and labelling questions, the catalogue in the right format. You apply in your own account. We check the form before you submit and help with any query the platform raises. Whether and when an account is approved is the platform's decision.

That is why this page names no approval time, no go-live day count and no approval rate. Any such figure would be a guess presented as a promise. What we can promise is the checklist, the catalogue, the plan and the written follow-up. For Amazon itself, see Amazon account management and the Amazon marketing agency page for how the pilot works.

A closing thought on pace. Adding a marketplace is easy to start and hard to run well, so we prefer one addition at a time. Each platform brings its own inbox of notices, returns and fee changes. If the account you already run is not in good order, adding another multiplies the work. The plan we write includes a gentle pause point after each platform, where you decide whether to go on.

Questions

Common questions

Which marketplace should I add first?

It depends on your category, margin and documents. We give a written view with reasons, and say so if we think you should wait.

How long does a platform take to approve me?

We cannot say. The platform decides and publishes its own process. Our own delivery times for catalogue work are in the quote.

Will you open the accounts for me?

Accounts are opened by you, in your name, with your documents and bank details. We prepare the checklist and check the form.

Do you cover quick-commerce apps?

Yes. See Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and quick-commerce management. This page is about marketplaces in general.

Is this priced per platform?

Every quote is fixed and in writing within one working day. Prices are not printed on service pages.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
