Review response management: watch, draft the reply, fix the cause

Reviews and buyer questions watched on your listings, public replies drafted for your approval where a platform lets a seller reply, and the complaints read for what they say about the listing and the product.

What is included

What review response management covers

  • Reviews and questions watched

New reviews and buyer questions on your listings read as they arrive, so nothing sits unanswered for weeks.

  • Public replies, drafted

Where a platform lets a seller reply in public, we draft a calm, factual reply for you to approve. We check each platform's current rules first.

  • Reviews read for fixes

Complaints that point at a listing gap, such as size, what is in the box or how to use it, become listing edits. Complaints that point at the product go to you.

  • Guideline reports

A review that breaks the platform's published guidelines can be reported through the platform's own report route. The platform decides what happens.

  • A reply log

Every reply drafted, approved and posted, kept in one sheet that stays with you.

  • A monthly summary

What buyers said this month, how it was answered, what changed in response and what is still open.

What you provide

What you provide and what stays yours

You provide

  • Access to your listing pages and, where relevant, Seller Central reports.
  • The facts about the product and your policy on replacements and refunds.
  • A person who approves every public reply before it goes out.

Stays yours

  • Your listings, your reviews and your reply history.
  • Final say on every public reply.
  • Every decision about the product itself.

How it runs

How the work runs, step by step

  1. Watch what comes in

New reviews and questions on your listings, collected in one place.

  2. Sort cause from noise

Which complaints are product, which are listing and which are shipping or the buyer's expectation.

  3. Draft and approve

A short, specific reply for each one that can be answered in public. You approve the words.

  4. Fix what can be fixed

Listing edits, and a written list for you on anything that is the product.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Ten years of our own accounts

We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.

  • We say what we cannot promise

No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.

  • Scripted checks before anything ships

Sites go through an automated check before every release. Listing images go through the same pixel checks as the free tool.

  • Your account, your card, your data

Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.

Are there reviews or questions on your listings that nobody has answered?

Send the listing links. We read what is there and reply with what we saw and a fixed quote in writing.

Straight talk

What we do not promise

  • We do not promise a star rating, a number of reviews or the removal of a review. The platform and the buyers decide.
  • We never ask buyers for reviews, buy reviews, or offer anything in exchange for one. We do not use review services of any kind.
  • We do not post a public reply without your approval, and where a platform has no seller reply route we do not look for another way around it.

In depth

A reply is read by the next buyer, not only the one who complained

What reviews are good for

A shopper reads reviews before buying, but a seller should read them for a different reason. They are a free, honest and specific description of what the product is like and where the listing set the wrong expectation. A complaint that the product is smaller than it looks is a listing problem. A complaint that a lid cracked is a product problem. A complaint that the parcel was late is a delivery problem. Sorting them is the work.

We read the reviews on your listing as they come in, and group them by theme. You get a short list: what to fix in the listing, what to raise with your maker, and what to leave alone.

Answering in public, with your approval

Where a platform allows a public reply, for example your own website, we draft one that is calm, specific and honest, and you approve it. We check the platform's current rules before we suggest any reply, and where a platform gives sellers no way to reply, we say so and put the effort into the listing instead.

A good public reply is written for the next reader. When a complaint is right, the reply says what was fixed. When it is not, the reply states the fact once and moves on. We keep drafts short and free of defensiveness, and we never argue with a reviewer or suggest what they should have written.

What this does and does not do

Done well, watching and answering reviews shows buyers that someone is paying attention, and reading them improves the listing and the product. We do not claim it raises a rating by a stated amount, and we do not claim to remove reviews. A review that breaks the platform's published guidelines can be reported through the platform's own route, and the platform decides.

This work connects to the rest of your account. A listing fix goes through listing optimisation or catalogue management. A pattern in return reasons feeds returns management. Notices about review-policy breaches belong to account management. The aim is simple: understand why buyers are happy or not, and answer them well, inside the rules.

Questions

Common questions

Can you get me more reviews?

No. We never ask buyers for reviews, buy them or offer anything in exchange. Our work is on the reviews and questions that already exist.

Can you remove a bad review?

No. A review that breaks the platform's published guidelines can be reported through the platform's own route, and the platform decides.

Will my star rating go up?

We do not promise a rating. Answering well and fixing what buyers complain about is the part we can do, and it takes time.

Do you reply to reviews on Amazon?

Only where the platform lets a seller reply in public, and only with your approval. We check each platform's current rules first. Where there is no seller reply route, we read the reviews for listing and product fixes instead.

What about incentives or free products for reviews?

No. Incentives for reviews break platform rules, and we never use them.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
