What is included
What return management covers
Return report reading
Return reasons and buyer comments from each marketplace's own reports, read in full and grouped.
Cause sorting
Each group traced to the listing, the pack, the size or fit, the shipping or the product itself.
Listing and pack fixes
Where a return comes from a gap in the page, such as what is in the box or the real size, we fix the page.
Policy settings read
Your return settings on each marketplace read against what you intend, so there are no surprises.
Claim evidence
Where a marketplace has a process for a damaged or wrong return, we help you assemble the evidence. The platform decides.
A monthly cause list
The top causes this month, what we changed and what needs a decision from you.

Why choose us
What stays the same on every job
Ten years of our own accounts
We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.
Your account, your card, your data
Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.
Scripted checks before anything ships
Sites go through an automated check before every release. Listing images go through the same pixel checks as the free tool.
We say what we cannot promise
No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.
Are returns coming back for reasons nobody has written down?
Send a return report from the last month. We group the reasons and reply with a fixed quote in writing.
Straight talk
What we do not promise
- We do not promise a lower return rate. Causes vary and some are outside anyone's control.
- We do not promise a recovery amount on a return claim. The platform decides.
- We do not process, inspect or store returned parcels.
In depth
Returns are a signal you already pay for
What a return reason tells you
Every return carries a reason code and sometimes a comment. Read one at a time, they look like noise. Read in bulk, they show patterns: a size chart that is off by a notch, a colour that does not match the photograph, a part missing from the box, a product that is not what the title implied. Each pattern points at something that can be fixed, and fixed once, for every future order.
That is the work: pull the marketplace's own return reports, group the reasons, and trace each group to a cause. We keep the grouping the same from month to month, so you can see whether a fix moved anything. We do not quote a target or a percentage, because causes differ by product and by season.
Fixes that live on the page
Some returns that a seller can influence start with expectation. The listing implied something the product did not deliver. Fixing the listing is often the cheapest remedy: an image that shows the real scale, a bullet that says what is in the box, a size chart that is honest. Our listing optimisation and listing images work covers those edits.
Other causes sit with the product or the pack, and those are decisions for you and your maker. We write them down clearly, with the comments that prove the point, so the conversation with a supplier is about evidence and not about a feeling. Policy settings are read too, so what your return window and conditions say on each platform matches your intent.
What we do not do
We do not handle parcels. Inspecting a returned unit, deciding whether to refund or replace it, and re-stocking it stay with you or your warehouse. Where a marketplace has a process for claiming against a damaged or wrong return, we help you assemble the evidence, and what the platform pays is its decision.
Returns also touch stock and money. A unit that comes back is inventory again, and a high-return product has a different margin from the one on the sheet, which our pricing workings can show. If review comments point at the same defect, review response management reads them in the same pass. On Amazon, the account signals sit with account management.
One last practical point: a clear internal path for returned units. When a returned item arrives, someone should record its condition and the reason in one place, so the report and the physical stock agree. That record is what lets a claim be filed with evidence and a pattern be spotted early. We draft a one-page procedure for your team, and it works with a notebook as well as with software.
Questions
Common questions
Will you lower my return rate?
We do not promise a number. We find the causes you can act on and fix what is in scope. What changes depends on your product and your season.
Do you handle the physical returns?
No. Inspection, refunds, replacements and re-stocking stay with you or your warehouse.
Which reports do you need?
Each marketplace's return and order reports for a period you choose. We tell you where to download them.
Can you help with damaged-return claims?
We help assemble the evidence where a marketplace has a process. The platform decides what it pays.
How often do you review?
On a rhythm we agree in the quote.
