How we measure

No logos and no testimonials yet. Here is what you get instead

Proof that a stranger can check beats proof a stranger has to believe. This page says what we measure, what can spoil a reading, what a report contains and which checks run before anything ships.

The four numbers

Four numbers, from your own reports

Every Amazon engagement is read in the same four numbers, taken from your own Business Reports, so you can check each one yourself.

  • Sessions

How many people reached the page.

  • Unit Session Percentage

Of those, how many bought. This is the number a listing rebuild can move inside 15 days.

  • Units Ordered

    How many units were bought.

  • Ordered Product Sales

    The revenue those units made.

We write down the trailing 28 days of all four before anything changes. After the work we read the same four numbers the same way and put them side by side. If they did not move, the report says so.

Keyword rank takes weeks, so the pilot is judged on conversion rather than rank. We do not chase rank in 15 days.

The 15-day pilot

How the pilot is run

  1. Baseline

We write the trailing 28 days of the four numbers from your own Business Reports before anything changes.

  2. Rebuild

We rebuild the listing page: images, title, bullets, backend keywords and A+ where it applies.

  3. Name what can spoil the reading

A price change, a stock-out, a competitor's ad budget or a review dropping in will move the numbers. We name these in advance.

  4. Day 15

The same four numbers, side by side, read the same way. If they did not move, the report says so.

What can spoil a reading

Things we name in advance

A before and after only means something if you know what else changed. These are the things that move a listing's numbers and are not in our hands.

  • A price change

Raising or cutting the price moves conversion on its own. We name any price change in the report.

  • A stock-out

A listing that runs out of stock loses sessions and rank. The pilot needs the ASIN in stock for all 15 days.

  • A competitor's ad budget

A rival spending more on ads can take clicks from you. We cannot see it and cannot control it, so the report says it can happen.

  • Reviews

A run of new reviews, good or bad, changes how buyers read the page. We note the review count at the start and at day 15.

  • Amazon's own changes

Amazon changes how it shows results and deals without notice. That is why we promise the measurement, not the number.

What a report contains

What you receive, and from where

  • For ads

Spend, clicks, orders and cost per order from your own Ads Manager or Google Ads account, with what we changed that week and what changes next.

  • For marketplaces

Sessions, Unit Session Percentage, Units Ordered and Ordered Product Sales from your own Business Reports, read the same way each time.

  • For websites and tools

What was built, what the release check found, and what was fixed. Sites and tools come with the source.

Checks before it ships

Scripted checks on everything we hand over

A list of the checks run on every listing image: white background, product fills 85 percent of the frame, no text or badge on the main image, nothing that is not in the box, no claim your pack does not make
The image checks, from the free listing image check. Demo brands, not clients.

Listing images are tested for a pure white ground, product fill and zoom-ready size before they leave us, and text, logos and packaging are checked by eye against the printed rule.

Websites go through an automated release check on a phone and a desktop: broken links and images, a blank first screen, sideways scrolling, a missing heading and a page that fails to read with JavaScript switched off. A site that fails does not ship.

Skill you can try

The free tools are the proof of skill

Run them on your own listing. They use the same rules we use on yours.

When we have client results, they will be published here with the client’s written permission and the raw numbers beside them. Until then this page is the whole of our proof. See about us for what has been built so far.
