What happens to money already paid.

1. The free listing check

The free listing check is free. Nothing is paid, so there is nothing to refund, and asking for it commits you to nothing.

2. The advance on a project

A project (a website, a tool, a creative set, a listing, an ads setup) is half to start and half on delivery. If you cancel before we have started — before the written spec has been agreed and any work has begun — the advance is returned in full.

If you cancel after work has started, the advance covers the work done to that point, at the day-rate implied by the quote, and any remainder is returned. You receive whatever has been produced so far. If we cancel — because the job turns out not to be a fit, or we cannot deliver on the date — the advance is returned in full and you keep any work done.

3. The balance on delivery

The second half is due when the deliverable named on the quote is delivered. Delivery is the thing itself — the files, the live site, the campaigns, the listing — not a report about it. Source files, admin access and the final export are handed over on receipt of the balance.

Anything that turns out to be wrong in the first thirty days after delivery is fixed at no charge. That is a fix, not a refund: the deliverable is corrected. Anything new is a new brief and a new quote.

4. Monthly ads management

The management fee is paid at the start of each month and covers that month. It is month to month: tell us before the month ends and it stops at the end of it, with nothing further due. There are no partial refunds inside a month that has started.

Ad spend is paid by you to the platform directly. We never hold it, so there is never any of it for us to refund.

5. A wrong invoice

If an invoice does not match the quote — the wrong amount, GST applied when it should not be, a line you did not agree to — say so and it is corrected within ten working days, or the difference is returned. The quote is the reference; an invoice cannot change it.

6. How a refund is paid

Refunds go back the way the money came: to the same card, UPI or PayPal account, through Razorpay or PayPal, within ten working days of our agreeing it. Neither of us pays the other's bank charges. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email is subject to the law and courts of Delhi, India.
