What we prepare

What we prepare for Nykaa

  • Ingredient lists copied from the label

The full ingredient list for each product typed once from the pack in your hand, so a listing never shows an older formula.

  • A claims review

Every sentence on the pack and in the listing, marked as supported by your papers or not. Beauty and wellness claims are where marketplaces and regulators look first, so we flag them for you and your adviser.

  • Shade, size and variant tables

Shade names, pack sizes and variants set out in one table, with the swatch or the pack photograph assigned to each.

  • Product images for a buyer who is reading labels

Front pack, back pack with the ingredient panel legible, and in-use images where the product allows.

  • A brand story page of facts

A short, plain account of the brand: who makes it, where, and what is in it. No adjectives we cannot back.

You provide

  • The finished pack and its label, and the ingredient list from your manufacturer.
  • Any licence, test report or registration you hold for the category.
  • Your own legal and regulatory adviser, for questions we only flag.

Nykaa decides

  • Whether Nykaa lists the brand and in which areas of its catalogue.
  • What documents and proofs it requires, shown in its own form.
  • Whether a claim or a label is acceptable on its platform.

Who can sell

Approval is by Nykaa. Nykaa lists the documents it needs in its own sign-up form; we go through it with you when you apply.

Documents Nykaa asks for

We print no document list and no count for Nykaa. We go through its sign-up form with you when you apply, so the papers are ready.

How it works

Who does what for a Nykaa start

  1. You

Collect the label and the papers

The pack as sold, the ingredient list, and every licence or report you hold for the product.

  2. Us

    Review the claims

We read the pack and the draft listing line by line and mark each claim as supported or open. Regulatory questions go to your adviser; we do not give legal advice.

  3. Us

Build the product tables and images

Ingredients, shades, sizes and pictures in the order a shopper reads them.

  4. You

    Find Nykaa's current brand route

Look for the current brand or seller route on Nykaa's own site, and tell us what it asks.

  5. Nykaa decides

    Brand listing

Nykaa decides which brands it lists, and when. We do not predict it.

We print no Nykaa fee figure. Check the current terms in Nykaa's own brand sign-up; we read them with you when you apply.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Claims read before anyone else reads them

A beauty brand is judged on its claims. We find the loose sentence on your pack before the marketplace does.

  • Label-first data

Everything on the listing comes from the pack in your hand, not from a supplier's brochure.

  • Nykaa's rules stay Nykaa's

We print no Nykaa document list, step or fee. Nykaa's own form lists what it needs, and we go through it with you.

In depth

Taking a beauty or wellness brand to Nykaa

Who decides

Nykaa decides which brands it lists, and its own form says what it needs. This page therefore carries no Nykaa document list, step list or fee figure.

What we do know is the category. Beauty and personal care is a catalogue where the label does the selling and the regulator does the watching. That shapes the preparation.

The label is the source of truth

A beauty listing that disagrees with its pack is a problem in two directions: the shopper who reads the pack feels misled, and the platform sees a mismatch. We start by typing the ingredient list, the net quantity and the usage text from the finished pack. Later edits to a listing are made against that record, and if the formula changes, the record changes first.

Shade ranges need the same discipline. A tint called one thing on the pack and another online causes returns that no photograph can fix. We build a table with the pack name, the listing name and the image for each shade, and use it everywhere.

Claims are where care pays off

Wellness and beauty packs often carry sentences about what a product does. Some are supported by test reports or licences and some are habits copied from competitors. We read every sentence on your pack and listing and mark it: backed by a paper you hold, or open. The open ones go to you and your adviser; we raise the question and we leave the legal reading to the professional.

After a brand is listed, the upkeep is catalogue accuracy, stock and returns, as described in catalogue management and return management. We promise the preparation and the written review, never an acceptance or a sales result.

Questions

Common questions

What does Nykaa need from a brand?

Its own form lists that, and we go through it with you when you apply. We print no list. We help you collect the label, the ingredient list and any licence or report you hold.

Do you give legal advice on claims?

No. We read your pack and listing, mark every claim as backed by a paper you hold or open, and send the open ones to you and your own adviser.

Can you get my brand listed on Nykaa?

No. Nykaa decides which brands it lists. We prepare the folder and the listing data, and we cannot influence the decision.

Do I need a website to apply?

We do not know what Nykaa asks. Check its own form. If you want a brand site as well, see our website development page.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
