Amazon marketing agency: listings, ads and account work under one plan
We run Amazon.in for brands that sell there: the listing, the ads and the account, inside your own Seller Central. The entry offer is a 15-day pilot on one ASIN, judged on four numbers from your own reports.
- Ten years selling on Amazon India, from our own accounts
- Your account and your card. Nothing is routed through us

The job
What an Amazon growth partner does
Three jobs, done in order, each one something you can open and check.
Makes the page worth clicking
Title, bullets, images, A+ and backend terms rebuilt to Amazon's listing requirements, so shoppers who arrive can see what they are buying.
Pays for traffic carefully
Sponsored ads built from your own search-term reports, with a break-even worked out per product before any bid.
Keeps the account healthy
Orders, stock, cases and notices read on a rhythm we agree in the quote, so a hidden listing or a missed deadline does not cost sales silently.
Scope
Three ways to scope the work
Most brands start with one and add the next when the first is working. The middle one is where we suggest most start.
Listing work
One or more ASINs rebuilt: images, copy, backend terms and A+. A fixed scope, a fixed quote, delivered as files and edits in your account.
- Where most start
Listing and ads
The page rebuilt, then Sponsored ads run on it from your own reports. The page and the ads are planned together, so ad spend does not pay for page problems.
The whole account
Listings, ads, account health, stock watching and monthly reporting, run by one accountable person in your own Seller Central.
Services
The Amazon services, one by one
Each has its own page: what is included, what you provide, what stays yours and what we do not promise.
Amazon account management
Orders, inventory, account health and cases handled in your own Seller Central.

The entry offer for Amazon brands
The 15-day, one-ASIN pilot
A small, measured start. One ASIN that you already sell and keep in stock. The same four numbers, read before and after, from your own Business Reports.
- SessionsHow many people reached the page.
- Unit Session PercentageOf those, how many bought. This is the number a listing rebuild can move inside 15 days.
- Units OrderedHow many units were bought.
- Ordered Product SalesThe revenue those units made.
What it needs
One ASIN with sales history, stock for the full fifteen days, and a Business Reports view that you can share. A brand that has no sales history yet is not a fit, because there is nothing to measure against.
What we do not chase
Keyword rank. Rank takes weeks to move, so a 15-day pilot is judged on conversion, which is the number a better page can honestly change in that time.
Day by day
- Baseline
We write the trailing 28 days of the four numbers from your own Business Reports before anything changes.
- Rebuild
We rebuild the listing page: images, title, bullets, backend keywords and A+ where it applies.
- Name what can spoil the reading
A price change, a stock-out, a competitor's ad budget or a review dropping in will move the numbers. We name these in advance.
- Day 15
The same four numbers, side by side, read the same way. If they did not move, the report says so.
Pilot terms are given in writing with the quote. They are not printed on this page.
Work
Real work, labelled
These are demo brands we made to show the work. They are not clients and none of them has results.
Demo brandA seven-image listing set
Each image has one job. The set reads in order on a phone.
Demo brandBefore and after, one main image

Checklist
Questions to ask any Amazon agency
A checklist that works on anyone, with our own answers beside it. We make no claim about any other agency.
Engagements
How engagements work
Three stages. You move on only when the last one has done its job, and every quote is fixed and in writing.
Pilot
One ASIN, fifteen days, four numbers. The way to see how we work before committing to anything larger.
Monthly management
Listings, ads and account work on a monthly quote, with a note on a rhythm agreed in the quote and a monthly report. You can stop any month.
Custom
Several brands, other marketplaces, a larger catalogue or a special job. Scoped and quoted in writing after a short brief.
Why choose us
Four things that are true, and checkable
Ten years of our own accounts
We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.
Your account, your card, your data
Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.
A fixed quote, in writing
One working day after a short brief you get the deliverable, the price and the date. That is the price.
We say what we cannot promise
No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.
Free listing check
Send one listing, get a written note on five checks
Send the link to one Amazon listing. Within two working days you get a written note on five things anyone can see from outside your account.
- The main image against Amazon’s main-image rules
- The image set: what each image does
- The title
- The bullets
- Whether A+ and brand content is there, and how it is used
What comes back is a note: what we see on each of the five and what we would change. It is a diagnosis. The rebuild is the paid work: quoted in writing if you want it.
We look only at what a shopper can see, so backend keywords and ad accounts are not covered. The note promises no sales and no rank.
Do you sell on Amazon.in already and want to know if the page is the problem?
Send the ASIN and three sentences. We read it and reply with a fixed quote in writing.
In depth
What an Amazon marketing agency does, and how to judge one
The work, in the order it should happen
An Amazon account makes money when a shopper finds a product, trusts the page and buys. Everything an agency does sits on one of those three steps. Finding is search and ads. Trusting is the listing: the main image, the title, the bullets, the reviews and the A+ Content. Buying is price, stock and delivery. The order matters because the steps depend on each other. Paying for traffic to a weak page wastes the traffic, and a good page with no stock earns nothing.
That is why we start with the listing and the account, and bring in ads once the page can carry them. Our listing optimisation and listing images work is built to Amazon's own image and content rules. Ads follow, set out on the PPC management page, and the daily upkeep that keeps both working is account management.
What you should be able to check
The honest test of an agency is whether you can verify what it did without taking its word. Edits should be visible in your own account. Reports should be in Amazon's own numbers, not a separate dashboard that only the agency sees. The ad spend should go from your card to Amazon. The work should leave you with files and notes that you can use if you stop. If any of those is missing, the agency is asking for trust that it has not earned yet.
We build the work so those checks are easy. Everything runs inside your accounts, through the user permissions Amazon provides. The pilot is built around four figures you can read yourself in Business Reports, before and after. And how we measure says in plain words what we count and what we do not.
What nobody can promise
No agency controls Amazon's algorithm, your price against competitors, your stock, your reviews or a competitor's ad budget. Each of these moves sales. So any agency that promises a sales number, a rank or a return on ad spend before it has worked on your account is promising what it does not control. We would rather tell you what we do and what we do not, and let you judge us on the work and the report.
Our own start was as a seller. We sold on Amazon India with our own money, and the questions we ask are the ones a seller asks: what does this fee cost, what happens when stock runs out, what will the platform check. Our margin sheet and image check are tools we built for ourselves and give away. If you want to see how we work before talking to us, use those. If you want to go further, the pilot is the smallest honest step.
Where the pilot fits
Most brands ask the same thing first: how do we know this will work before we commit? The honest answer is that nobody can know in advance, and anyone who says otherwise is selling. What can be done is to make the first step small, measured and reversible. That is the pilot: one ASIN, fifteen days, four numbers from your own reports, written down before anything changes and read again afterwards.
The pilot is deliberately narrow. It tests whether a rebuilt page converts better, which is something a page can change within two weeks. It does not test rank, which takes longer, and it does not test ads, which need more time and money to read fairly. If the four numbers move, you have a reason to go further. If they do not, you have a plain report that says so and says what could have spoiled the reading, and you have spent very little finding out.
After the pilot, the same person can carry on into monthly work: more listings, ads built from your reports, and the account upkeep that keeps both healthy. Or you can stop, and keep every file and every note. Either way the work stays in your accounts, and the decision stays with you.

Questions
Common questions about an Amazon agency
What does an Amazon marketing agency do?
It works on the three steps that make a sale: being found, being trusted and being bought. For us that means listings, ads and account upkeep, done in your own accounts.
How does the 15-day pilot work?
You pick one ASIN you already sell and keep in stock. We write down four numbers from your Business Reports, rebuild the listing and read the same four on day 15. We do not chase keyword rank in 15 days.
Do you promise a sales increase?
No. Price, stock, reviews, competitors and Amazon's own algorithm move sales, and none of them is in our hands. We promise the work, the report and the date.
Who pays for the ads?
You, directly to Amazon. No spend passes through us.
Do I need Brand Registry?
A+ Content and Brand Stores are available to brands enrolled in Brand Registry. Amazon sets the requirements on its Brand Registry page. Source: sell.amazon.in/brand-registry, read 8 Oct 2026. We tell you where you stand when we read the account.
How do I get a quote?
Send three sentences by WhatsApp or the form: what you sell, what is not working and what you want by when. The quote arrives in writing within one working day.
Beyond Amazon
Ads, websites and creatives for your own channels
