Prepare for Meesho as a supplier: product data and a price sheet first
Approval is by Meesho. This page promises only what we can stand behind: we prepare your product data, images and price sheet, and Meesho decides about the account.
- Ten years selling on Amazon India, from our own accounts
- Your account and your card. Nothing is routed through us
- A fixed quote in writing within one working day
- 3 free seller tools in your browser and a free extension, no sign-up
- GST-registered business, Kalkaji, New Delhi
What we prepare
What we prepare for Meesho
Product data that survives a variant
Colour, size, weight and pack count written once per variant, so a buyer sees what is in the parcel and a return is not about a mismatched description.
Photographs checked for one job
Does the first image show the product clearly on a plain ground? We check your photographs against our scripted image rules and mark the ones to retake.
Titles a shopper would type
Short, specific titles and attribute values written for how people look for the product, without borrowed brand names.
A price sheet before the first listing
Our free margin sheet covers Meesho beside Amazon and Flipkart, with its fee figures last verified on 18 Sep 2026; for Flipkart you enter the figures your own account shows. You see the margin per order before the price goes in.
A supplier folder
Your papers, your product sheet and your price sheet in one place, so the person who updates the account later knows where everything is.
You provide
- Your own business and bank details, to be typed into Meesho's form by you.
- The products, their real weights and sizes, and photographs of the packs as shipped.
- The lowest price you can accept per product after your own costs.
Meesho decides
- Whether a supplier account is accepted and what it is allowed to list.
- How Meesho treats a listing that does not meet its rules.
- Its own terms, which it sets and which can change without us.
Who can sell
Who can sell on Meesho
Approval is by Meesho. Meesho lists the documents it needs in its own sign-up form; we go through it with you when you apply.
Documents
Documents Meesho asks for
We print no document list and no count for Meesho. We go through its sign-up form with you when you apply, so the papers are ready.
How it works
Who does what for a Meesho start
You
Weigh and measure every product
Real weights and pack sizes. A wrong figure here is an easy way to earn a dispute later, so we ask you to take it from the pack, not the supplier sheet.
Us
Build the product sheet and price sheet
One row per variant, one margin line per row, before any form is opened.
You
Sign up on Meesho's supplier site
You enter your details in Meesho's own form; we compare each field with your papers on a call or in writing.
Meesho decides
Account acceptance
Meesho reviews the sign-up. Its decision and its timing are its own.
Us
Prepare the first listings
When the account is open, we hand you the listing text and images row by row, so each upload is a copy from a checked source.

Fees
Fees on Meesho
We print no Meesho fee figure. Check the current terms inside Meesho's own supplier sign-up; we read them with you when you apply.
Why choose us
What stays the same on every job
A margin you can read before you list
The price sheet puts your cost, the platform's published charges and your price on one line per product.
A plan, not a guess
Meesho's form is Meesho's, so this page does not describe it. That is the line between a plan and a guess.
One folder, not a chat history
Everything lives in a sheet and a folder you own, so you are not dependent on us to find a figure later.
Planning to supply through Meesho?
Send your product list and what each costs you. We reply with a written plan and a fixed quote within one working day.
In depth
Getting ready to supply through Meesho
Where the preparation starts
This page carries no Meesho document list, step list or fee figure: Meesho's own sign-up lists those, and we go through it with you when you apply. The sign-up is the part Meesho runs.
What we can do is the work that comes before it. Everything you bring to the sign-up, the product data, the photographs and the price, can be prepared and checked in advance.
Variants are where listings go wrong
A product that comes in four sizes and three colours is twelve rows, not one. Each row needs its own weight, its own pack count and the right image. A row copied from the next one and not corrected is an easy way to cause an avoidable return. We build the sheet row by row and read it back against the packs, so the listing says what the parcel contains.
Titles follow the same discipline. A short, specific title that names what the product is and what it is made of beats a long one stuffed with other brands' names, which is poor practice and not something we write. We write from how people describe the product, and we check each claim against the pack.
Know the margin before you set the price
On any marketplace the price decides whether an order is worth taking. That makes the margin sheet a useful document. It takes your cost, the platform's published charges, the shipping assumption and your price, and shows what is left per order. We built it for Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho; it runs in your browser without a sign-up.
After the account is accepted, upkeep is its own job: stock that matches the listing, returns read for their reasons, and a price reviewed when costs move. Our catalogue management, inventory management and return management pages describe those. We promise the sheet and the checks, never a sales figure.
Questions
Common questions
What does Meesho ask for when I sign up?
Its own form lists that. We print no list and no count. We help you compare each field with the papers you hold.
Is Meesho free to join?
Check the current terms inside Meesho's own sign-up. We state nothing about charges.
Can you list my products for me?
We prepare the listing text and images row by row. The upload happens in your own account, because it carries your identity and bank details.
Will you promise sales on Meesho?
No. Sales depend on your price, your stock, your photographs and the platform. We promise the product sheet, the price sheet and a written follow-up.
