1. The quote is the contract
Every job starts with a written quote — on WhatsApp or by email — that names the deliverable, the price, the delivery date and what is not included. When you say yes to it, that is the agreement, and these terms sit underneath it. If the quote and this page ever disagree, the quote wins.
There is no separate published price list to compare a quote against — see the quote page for how the process works. A quote can take something out of a scope to meet a budget; it does not change the price of a given scope.
2. Payment
Projects are half to start and half on delivery. The audit is paid before it starts. Monthly ads management is paid at the start of each month. Payment is by Razorpay: UPI, card and net banking in India; international cards, bank transfer or PayPal for clients outside India. Prices exclude 18% GST for Indian clients; a GST invoice is issued for every payment in the name of the registered entity.
Work starts when the advance arrives. A delivery date on a quote assumes the material we asked for — access, copy, product photographs, answers — arrives when we asked for it; each day it is late moves the date by a day.
3. Your accounts stay yours
Ad accounts, pixels, analytics, domains, hosting, marketplace accounts and the data in all of them are opened in your name and stay in your name. You add us as a user with the permissions the job needs and you remove us with one click. We never ask for a password and will never ask you to email one.
Ad spend is paid by you to the platform directly. We never hold, route or advance it. The management fee is the only money that passes to us.
4. Ownership and handover
On receipt of the final payment for a project, everything made for it is yours: source code, design files, copy, exports, the live site. You may change it, host it anywhere, or hand it to someone else; nothing is licensed back to us and nothing needs our permission. Until the final payment, the work is ours.
We keep the right to describe the work in general terms and, only with your written agreement, to name you as a client. Without that agreement you are not named anywhere.
5. Fixes, changes and cancellation
Anything that turns out to be wrong in the first thirty days after delivery — a bug, a broken link, a size the platform rejects — is fixed at no charge. Anything new is a new brief and a new quote. Monthly ads management stops at the end of any month you tell us to stop; projects are cancelled under the refund page.
6. What is not promised
No sale, no ranking, no return on ad spend and no traffic figure is guaranteed, by us or by anyone honest. What is guaranteed is the deliverable on the quote, on the date, and reporting in your own account's numbers so that you can see what it did. Ad platforms and marketplaces change their rules, prices and algorithms without notice; a change of theirs that undoes a result of ours is not a failure of the work.
We will not write a claim your product does not make, on an ad, a page or a listing, however it is asked for.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any job is limited to the fees you have paid us for that job. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, ad spend, platform penalties or suspensions, or for anything caused by material or instructions you gave us. You are responsible for the products you sell, the claims your packaging makes, and your compliance with the platforms you sell on.
