What is included

What we do inside your Amazon ad account

  • Account read first

Campaign structure, search-term, targeting and placement reports read before any change, so the plan starts from your data, not a template.

  • Campaign structure written down

Which products, which match types, which budgets and why, in one page you approve before anything is built.

  • Search-term harvesting

Terms that sold are moved into their own targets, and terms that spent without selling are added as negatives, each with the reason noted.

  • Bids and budgets reviewed weekly

Changes made from the reports, with a log of what moved and why. Break-even is worked out from your own fees and cost.

  • Sponsored Brands and Display

Brand-level and retargeting formats set up when the product and the listing are ready for them, not before.

  • A weekly note

What changed, what we saw and what we change next, in plain sentences and in your own ad-console numbers.

What you provide

What you provide and what stays yours

You provide

  • Advertising-console access for your seller or vendor account, through the user permissions Amazon provides.
  • Your product cost and fee position, so we can work out a break-even before we set a bid.
  • A monthly ad budget that you pay Amazon directly, and a decision-maker who can approve changes.

Stays yours

  • The ad account, the campaigns and every search-term report, which are yours from day one.
  • Your card and your billing. Ad spend is paid by you to Amazon and never passes through us.
  • The campaign history. If we stop, the structure and the notes stay in your account.

How it runs

How PPC management runs

  1. Read before touching

Your search-term, targeting and placement reports and the listing behind each ad. No change on day one.

  2. Write the plan

Structure, budgets, match types and the break-even for each product, on one page, for your approval.

  3. Launch and watch

Campaigns built to the plan. First reads are early signals and are treated that way, not as conclusions.

  4. Review weekly

Harvest, negate, adjust. A short written note each week, in your own ad-console numbers.

Why choose us

What stays the same on every job

  • Ten years of our own accounts

We sold on Amazon India with our own money for ten years. We know what a fee line, a stock-out and a suppressed ASIN cost because we paid for them.

  • Your account, your card, your data

Everything runs inside your own Seller Central, ad accounts and domain. Nothing is routed through us, and you can see every change.

  • We say what we cannot promise

No sales figure, no rank, no return on ad spend is promised. Each service page lists what we do not promise.

  • Scripted checks before anything ships

Sites go through an automated check before every release. Listing images go through the same pixel checks as the free tool.

Is ad spend going out faster than orders are coming in?

Send us the account details and your product cost. We read the reports and come back with a fixed quote, in writing.

Straight talk

What we do not promise

  • We do not state an ACOS or ROAS figure before we have read your account, and we do not promise one afterwards. Price, stock, reviews and competitors move it.
  • We do not promise rank or a share of sales. Spend, bids and the listing together decide what a keyword returns.
  • We do not run your ad spend through our card. You pay Amazon directly, always.

In depth

What good PPC management looks like on Amazon.in

It starts with arithmetic, not bids

Before a bid is set, a product needs a break-even: the point where the ad cost eats the margin. That depends on the selling price, the referral and fulfilment fees, the cost of the goods and the returns. Our free margin sheet does this per order, and the same arithmetic sits behind every bid we set. An ad that sells at a loss is not growth, even when the sales number looks good.

Amazon's own advertising guides describe the formats and the controls. Our job is to apply them to your account, with your numbers, and write down why each choice was made.

The search-term report is the working document

The search-term report shows what shoppers actually typed before they clicked or bought. It is first-hand data. Terms that converted deserve their own targeting and a considered bid. Terms that spent and never sold are added as negatives. Terms that are close but wrong tell us something about the listing, which is why PPC and listing work are best done together.

We do this weekly in small steps, not in one big overhaul. A big change in one day makes it impossible to tell what caused what. Small, logged changes keep the account readable and keep you able to take over at any time.

Formats, and when to use them

Sponsored Products put a product in search results and on product pages and are the usual base. Sponsored Brands show a brand and a few products and are available to professional sellers enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry (source, Amazon's global ads page: advertising.amazon.com/solutions/products/sponsored-brands, read 8 Oct 2026). Sponsored Display, which Amazon now calls display ads, reaches shoppers across Amazon properties and the open internet (source: advertising.amazon.com/solutions/products/sponsored-display, read 8 Oct 2026). We add each one when the product is ready, not because a format exists.

If the listing is weak, more traffic only pays for the weakness. That is why we may suggest listing work before more spend, and why the entry offer for an Amazon brand is the 15-day, one-ASIN pilot, where the four numbers are written down before anything changes. Everything in this section is a method. None of it is a promised number.

One more habit worth naming: we keep a change log. Every bid move, every negative and every budget change is written down with a date and the reason, so that if the account is ever handed to someone else, or back to you, the story of why it looks the way it does is already written. That log is also how we check ourselves, because a change we cannot explain in a sentence is a change we should not have made.

Questions

Common questions

What budget do I need to start?

That depends on your product and your margin, and it is paid by you to Amazon, not to us. We work out a break-even per product first and tell you honestly if the numbers do not support ads yet.

Will you tell me the ACOS I can expect?

No. We will not state a figure before we have read your account, and even then it is a working target, not a promise.

Do you run Sponsored Brands and Display as well?

Yes, when the brand is registered and the listing is ready to carry the traffic. We add formats one at a time and log each change.

Whose ad account is used?

Yours. We work through the user permissions Amazon provides. The campaigns, reports and history stay in your account.

Can you also fix my listing?

Yes. Weak listings waste ad spend, so listing work is often the first suggestion. It is quoted separately and fixed in writing.

Ready for a fixed quote?

Send three sentences: what you sell, what is not working, what you want by when. The quote comes in writing within one working day, and it names the deliverable, the price and the date.
